The B1 Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3, is a subsidiary of B1 Healthcare Solutions Inc based in Jackson, Mississippi was established to support single parents and low-income families who are trying to gain education and professional pursuits.

B1 Foundation is also the fundraising arm for the College of Health Services and Careers.
